With respect to DCAC, it looks as though Viola has been doing things by the book here. At least we know that he’s under a microscope and will avoid any further implications regarding future financial statements released here.

Now that he’s forced to relieve himself of all accounting duties, he can focus on communicating with shareholders and pumping the stock. It’s clear that the senior management firm and the operating principal of Payless Truckers are sufficient enough to run the core business.

It might be a blessing in disguise... ;-)
