Did you not count the $7-10M to be earned? Squires is demonstrating the QDLED Display in San Marcos this month. Then there's QDLED for SSL. Company has many paths to revenue this year. Assam assures costs are covered somewhat and helps get further financing for other projects if needed.

Per the Q:

Amtronics will pay to the Company a royalty on gross sales under the license, including annual minimum royalties beginning in 2021.

Royalties will be paid on gross sales as soon as sales begin (With regard to royalties, we anticipate royalty revenues from the Assam operations will commence during the fourth calendar quarter of 2019 per the Update).
