It’s odd for someone to have the position Barrick doesn’t own title to Pascua but then utilizes C1912-2001 suggesting nobody won the so called lawsuit over Pascua ownership, then gives the BCSC their blessing for them to allow Barrick to continue fraudulently reporting Barrick owns Pascua attacking those holding the BCSC accountable for the fraud over Barricks Mina Pascua title fraud.
It’s an insane position to have specially since we all agree Barrick doesn’t own Pascua but the BCSC says they do and yet it’s only Jorge Lopehandia suing Barrick and the BCSC and all involved while Barrick executives evacuated.
Why not cooperate to take down this power struggle, to much to ask?
