It's very likely the share structure is inaccurate on OTC Markets since ZMRK went dark before. It will all be different now that the ticker is changing hands and the reverse merger coming. This traded thin all the way to .09 before and share structure is still low considering even if increased.

Rysmf did the same (reducing its OS) and did RS 4 months after !!!
