Swamp, I don't know either. If they go from 12K to 120k sqft, must have to make a total redesign to accommodate new plans for increased commercial production of QDLED and QDSC, nano factories and incubators. It's not old time industrial production so most product runs don't take up a lot of space or need lots of workers. It's a new world. We're just talking about one building. AMTRON and Shaquat Alam has been designing a new Technology City, with the Nanotech City at the center, for the last few years. We're only looking at a small part of the whole plan. Many companies are building there that have yet to be announced. The overall plan had a city-size scope.
