That is a very good and original question ! and, I never thought of it in those terms. I'm rather certain it has not been discussed fully on this board but a lot of stuff gets by this old boy from time to time.

I'd bet the former rather than the latter for what it is worth.

Just my opinion but I believe the Chinese government played a role years ago in Li's plan. They are a bright, calculated and tenacious country.
