I think MessiBelgium’s explanation is spot on. LPC is necessary at this point and will hopefully be moved into a backup position, ASAP. This does not change anything...the goal is production and sales, either alone or with a JV/partnership.

Do we know why this is 25M instead of the normal 20M?
