Yeah, but didn’t Zone become nothing and Helios has nothing else but MoviePass and its namesake companies now which will all become MoviePass Entertainment, should Sec of State and then voters approve?

There is a good chance they’re splitting to cover Helios’ legal butt. Helios may even shutter if and once MPE is its own entity.
