I do not have any direct knowledge of this, but just from the information I’ve been gathering from here and there, I believe that Rik signed a deal with a distributor who gave him a deposit in exchange for an exclusive period of time to shop Nyloxin around

If the distributor gets enough commitments/pre-sales then he will fund Rik to the tune of $4 million to get things going

Rik has told several people here and there that the distributor has been getting big sales commitments but I guess until the distributor is comfortable with making the announcement, Rik just has to sit and wait like the rest of us
