Agreed. Black Swan or bust for awhile. Break of 4.20 with volume would establish a new, lower, not so positive level of resistance.
We can disagree on the short theory.
Short interest can be found here. Less than 1M shares out short two weeks ago. Tiny volume since then says that there is a probability that amount hasn't changed much.
Now the short sales(not short interest) in this link says the MM's may possibly be willing to let it run soon as the naked shorting percentage compared to daily volume has been decreasing.
This could also just be the lack of volume to naked short in to. It appears the high volume days get higher % of naked shorting(stifling any increase in PPS).
P.S. There has been 5M or so shares leaked in to the market since the last Q report. You want answers on shorters? Possibly look no further than CVSI themselves. Converters can short their shares...or MM's can naked short shares they will be receiving through conversions.
Man...imagine if CVSI is CVSI's worst enemy?
As said before, everyone is waiting for retail to step up. Will they? Should know soon.
Why are people not concerned with the 20M or so dollars that has been liquidated recently? After all...this has been much more lucrative than CVSI's business operations year-to-date.
