First of all I am getting tired of these "1 man rulers of America". These activist judges who think they can rule us will be removed soon under Sedition crimes.
Secondly, any $ transaction involving a people's money is not open to dismissal at a whim. This action is highly unlawful. There is a difference between legal & lawful.
The problem is the U.S. still functions under maritime British admiralty LAW !
