I'd be really surprised if the Board voted down the RS.

Think it might just be a "timing" issue. The name change was done by the CO SOS office on Dec. 28.

The FINRA name and symbol changes are shown on 12/31/18 with an effective date of 1/2/19.

Probably just need to wait another day or 2 to see if the RS goes into effect. (If so will probably show up at the CO SOS first and then at FINRA? Not sure about the timing. Just my guess. Maybe you have more experience with this than me! lol)
