An established distribution channel. Took 5 years to build.

A well defined market share in the biggest and now well regulated US Hemp CBD market. The same, took some years to build.

Almost done with full regulation compliance. Only need the "NO QUESTIONS LETTER" from the FDA. Another couple of years advantage.

A well defined PURE HEMP CBD PLAY and business model. Far more efficient in a fast growing and well regulated market, than any of the other. This makes the company easier to maneuver and quick to react to market changes.

No Debt. In NO immediate need of CASH. Free Cash Flow Positive. And a Strong balance sheet for the current broad market conditions.
