Well that would be me. Because I bought shares today. I have TDAmeritrade. I don't see any issues with my shares other than value jumping "all of a sudden", and rising fast.

So essentially anyone who buys today is getting a deal.

One small problem. PPS never adjusted to split. You cannot split shares without PPS adjustment.

Another problem. This company doesn't trade on any Canadian Exchange. So, that theory is false as well.
