Latest proxy statement says Lateral Management is holding 800 K + shares but this morning sec filing said they had 2.4 millions shares .. why the difference
Does it mean anything to you that 2 of the board members previous employers were financed by Laidlaw MagneGas and TelePacific??? Do you think they’ll just take out 5G with the buyback, it’s the right amount of money? That would get rid of the overhang in 1 shot, but as large shareholders they may be technically insiders, would that be considered self-dealing?
