Also flawed, but the problem is all that has to happen for this "under capitalization" defect to be cured is to allow them to retain all of their profits. That said, release from C-Ship is NOT necessary to allow them to retain, because as we all know the notion of 100% profit sweep is counter to the very definition of C-Ship. Answer: End Sweep to re-build capital. Then end C-Ship.

Sorry, but I must disagree. Both companies are critically undercapitalized under law and cannot be released from conservatorship until that defect is cured.

This response doesn't even address what I said. Nor does it back what you stated. We are talking about the systematic risk to the housing market caused by receivership.

You really don't say anything in this post. Of course they need capital to be released. And?
