I'm pretty sure it is SGIP and is not eligible for fast track due to being over 5mw. Time frame for SGIP is 1-2 years. 5 is an unclear status to me. Seems as though the next step would be signing contracts. Hopefully we find out soon. 2 projects should be announced any day.
