Not really - the following points I and a few others have brought up from time to time and nobody ever seems to have much to say about them. They ASSUME the opposite but IMO it's only because they have blinders on:

1. Cash flow for NFUSZ and or SC

2. The true level interest indicated by MS, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle

3. The ease of replication and its threat to being first to market

4. The amount of Brightools revenue contained in the overall (declining) revenue at SC
