I’m waiting on a building permit that should take only a couple weeks. Yesterday was two weeks and .i called to inquire about it. I was told they were waiting on one more person to approve it and it should be done “sometime next week.” Translation...that person was apparently already away for the holiday weekend.
There is no timeline to disburse the information for IPIX unless determination was leaked one way or another. No BTD would have to be disseminated in a “timely” fashion but that is left for interpretation according to FHA guidelines.
If BTD has been determined then it’s solely the responsibility of management to disseminate the info at their own accord. The only way we would see it before company PR is if they were approved and the information was withheld until the new FDA approved list that comes out a few weeks into the 1st quarter of next year.
Remember- IPIX has CDA’s, NDA’s and possible term sheets that may require this information to be withheld for material purposes within the agreement.
Overall if we do not hear BTD determination then it is a GREAT sign because if denied it’s in the best interest for management to disseminate right away as pps is baked in. BTD yea or nay will determine phase 3 protocol and that’s why it is of most importance to IPIX but really more important to the company within the NDA/Term Sheet.
The timelines put on BTD by some here is strictly and only to create disillusionment for their agenda.
