Would the VA set an initial number of APs that they would be purchasing, and if so, would that info be released?

Yes. That’s exactly the ticket - have Keith go to a VA hospital with a reporter to show the Vets and public this new technology. At least make an effort to let Vets know it’s now available to them through their VA.
