They only moved Epidiolex and any other FDA approved CBD drug (meaning clinical trials, etc) with less than 0.01% (??? not sure of the exact %) THC to schedule 5.

The FDA did write the DEA a letter recommending all CBD be moved to schedule 5, if I remember what the letter said correctly.

Bottom line...only Epidiolex is schedule 5 today.
