Thanks BOO, You're a strong, kind and loyal longtime shareholder. You don't owe anyone jack s*** but it was considerate of you to post it. Now your ROI will mostly likely be the same ol' negative and BS responses that have taken over the board for a long time. Thanks again and good luck to ALL of us true longs.
Really appreciate it! Mid-December is approaching fast. If I were you, I wouldn’t have shared Leo’s email so LocoRoco doesn’t get what he wants. Copying someone’s post without permission is low.
They're hustling to get a deal done. His comment about conversion was not a surprise either but still nice to hear. Family offices are investors, not finance companies (like Aspire). I think I told folks here already about my family office work. Very wealthy (old wealth) Philly family.
Can't imagine what the 10-Q update on P would be. Hopefully it's that we have the data and are un-blinding it, but I'd expect them to PR that so I doubt it. I also highly doubt it's that we got another bill ( .) (. ) *eyes crossed* We'll see soon enough.
Thanks Boo. We continue to know that the sky isn't falling, IPIX SP is not going to zero, the MF hasn't converted many shares and selling like mad, the CRO bill is still being negotiated and lastly, our biggest shareholder still has our backs.
IP earnings are due on Nov 8 a few days before the Celgene presentation.
"I wrote him back letting him know I couldn't see who the MFO is from the filings."
I'm guessing that was the basis for this: "I'm still working to verify some of Leo's response to me, then maybe I'll post the full email."
I hope you'll post any follow up response he provides, but I expect that he was fully aware that this wasn't very helpful: "THE LENDERS ARE DISCLOSED IN THE DOCUMENTS." They obviously aren't identified in the PUBLIC documents filed with the SEC and I'm sure he knows that.
"ACTUALLY THEY HAVE CONVERTED VERY FEW PREFERRED SHARES SO THE SELLING IS BY OTHERS. THEY SEEM TO BE EXPECTING HIGHER SHARE PRICES, but this is merely my speculation."
If you expect the price to go up, wouldn't you convert now?
