Keep in mind....

The house version doesn't need to have any hemp language in it. The Farm Bill has a number of different provisions for a number of things.

Hemp is McConnells baby. There are other things in the bill that are important to other House members and Senate members.

Each branch of congress puts in language on this bill that they want in. Then the languages are merged into one bill and will be sent to Trump for him to sign.

He has already said he will sign it.

This is a done deal...the question is when will the final version be signed off and whether that is in November, December or before Jan 19, 2019.
