Why even spend the money on your PR team and legal fees to review the announcement if you don't intend to actually buyback any of the stock?
Their move was akin to an individual saying, "I'm authorizing spending up to 10,000 to paydown my mortgage", but then never paying any extra principal. I just don't understand why they even announced this if it was never their intention.
