i think part of the problem is there was a stock offering at the end of May. Now two months later there is this accounting problem that the management did not know about (but probably should have). Of course USAT is getting their asses sued.
Maybe on Monday we will know. Unless the company puts off releasing the earnings, as they have done for the last three weeks.
