CFGX - I'm guessing that the reason they had to file a reinstatement request and pay reinstatement fees was because the old resident agent resigned. I don't think the Nevada Secretary of State allows companies to carry a business license in the state without a resident agent for their corporation.

Usually a resident agent resigns because they aren't being paid so they refuse to continue to provide the service of serving as the resident agent.

CFGX had filed an annual report in 2017 so they weren't far enough behind in annual filings and taxes to have been revoked for any other reason.

If the resident agent hadn't resigned, the 2018 filing would have amounted to just an annual report and annual taxes. By having to pay the additional reinstatement fees and the new resident agent fees, CFGX cost themselves more money in taxes and fess to the Nevada SOS.

I wouldn't look at them getting their $h!T together at the Nevada SOS as that big of a deal. It is still the same people running the show there that have been there since 2010 and their history speaks for itself

Plus it could be very likely that getting current with the Nevada SOS had more to do with being able to do some new debt conversions which may required raising the Authorized share count in the near future.
