GW's latest MMJ patent got approved after 5 years of pre-clinical work and 5 years of patent pending. It takes time especially if a patent is in the new field of MMJ.

That's 10 years.

There hasn't been an announcement on commencement of Phase 2 yet.

I think MY statement of money being tied up for years is definitely in the ballpark.

2 weeks into q4 and still no phase 1 results. Why not uplist to TSX if there will be no nutraceutical products sold in the US? Well.... no one knows anything because the company keeps shareholders in the dark and consistently fails to deliver.
