Irony with MoviePass is their goal is to get deals with partner theaters with e-ticketing... which has no need at all for use the MoviePass debit card to purchase theater tickets. This could change if and when the MoviePass debit card is or may be required for additional purchases of concessions, drinks, dinners, etc.

When you say “my money rides” are you watching and waiting for opportunity to take a position in Helios, or are already long HMNY? Curious as you say you do expect Helios share dilution to continue, which of course typically results in driving the share price down.
