Someone please sticky this post. I am actually going to refer this when referencing today's horrifically written PR.

Company should have had you write the Press Release. You explained everything. I tried to explain to people earlier that the increase A/S was for equity purposes, but it still scared the living daylights out of people who do not understand the mechanics behind such management objective.

Another problem: Late in the day the SEC announced that it had sued CDIX and four other companies because they'd failed to have their 10-Qs reviewed by their external auditors:
