the "management" team of two criminals keeps getting their conversion sales stuff done. blows everyone up in the process.

usual scam of having one company indebted to another and then converting and selling "investments" in one another in the form of "joint ventures" which are scams ginned up to legitimize selling convertible debt on behalf of one another.

oldest scam in the book -

the results are palpable.......
