I submitted a proposal to the board a year and a half ago on how to purchase Enertrade debt free. One board member, who has since been removed, advised against it, and Alex, even after describing my proposal as “brilliant”, went with that board member’s suggestion to go the convertible note route.
I have since made an additional suggestion to rid us of the convertible notes, and based upon the recent filings, management may have chosen that route, hopefully, followed by my original proposal.
We’ll see what happens.... Go Longs!
