I can see the 'Department of Defense' giving instructions to their Defence contractors;

Lockheed Martin
Northrop Grumman
Raytheon Co.
Boeing Co.
Etc.

That the DoD has received instructions to start 'stockpiling critical minerals and materials' (domestically where possible) as the POTUS has made this a priority for National Security!

I can see this as a very real possibility.

That's why I'm very curious to read what comes out of the DoD report, due out any day now...
