The SEC is on a suspension rampage right now. They have been for the better part of three weeks now. Seems like they are going through the easiest ones first that can be proven to be delinquent in their filings.
The suspensions are to protect future investors not ones already in garbage tickers like BTZO. Kreislers other tickers GERS and PVSP will follow shortly.

These are public companies and they need to adhere to laws.
