I do agree with you about wanting to strike back, however, the prudent "Take the High Road" course usually produces positive results with patience.

The company news release in response to the Citron Tweet/Lawsuits was also an Aug 29 8-K SEC submittal ... that's the High Road part.

Here's the patience part ... Citron a few days later did its "fraud" Tweet to CRON (on the Nasdaq) calling for a short target price of $3.50. That afternoon, the CNBC interviewers let Left have it about making fraud claims without getting a direct answer from him. The next day and from then on, CRON has been double digits. A week goes by with a bad short position and now it's time to get class action lawsuits started because the market just wasn't listening to the Citron Fake News "fraud" Tweet that has worked so well before. The point being that a high profile Fake News pattern has developed with patience.

Truth will soon shine by "Taking the High Road" as the company prudently chose to pursue.

It seems that way because it is that way. The lawsuits were coordinated to follow the tweet.

The company responded so that's that. Decide who you believe and either buy more shares, hold, or close out your position and move on.

Pretty simple isnt it?

Citron is doing this to big guys like Twitter, Netflix, shopify etc as well his favorite one is Tesla.. and if big guys can't go after him then not sure if we can do much..
What's more Tesla Musk is so pissed at him that seems like he tweeted about secured financing and taking Tesla private on purpose to burn shorts big time which worked.. but now last week Left filed lawsuit against Tesla that Musk used fake info on tweeter to manipulate the price... something that Left is doing every single day! Unfreaking believable..
