misiu- as you can see in updated SH Structure,
the 600M AS are simply required by now to raise enough money for 2019.

As of today, 450M AS has been almost reached by fully diluted OS.

If this vote won't get through - company could close shop.
But what I would push them to do is to present a sound biz plan _before_ the meeting, i.e. attach it to an Pre14/A filing!

Something like: Financing needs until EOY 2019 including options how this is achievable.

the board members have enough votes with-in themselves to approve the 600,000,000 shares.....its gonna happen ,,,with or without our votes..

this company is definetely diluting itself to death....its sad to watch...

the great potential is there but theres nobody home to see it....

And I know board members are very grateful for your consistent postings with regards to the medical proficiency of PRO-140 and opinions of competitive therapies- That area is out of reach for most here-

The request for 600,000,000 shares doesn't bother me,they shouldn't need 500,000,000 to get combo & mono approved - and if nobody makes a fair offer, guess we'll hang out our own shingle.

Hopefully a positive & productive twelve months ahead, however certainly wide open to any & all speculation as to the end game --
