The A/S increase was for a merger/acquisition. It is literally the only possible reason and it’s stated in the filing. I’m expecting a major PR next week

What others can you think of??? Just asking.
their intention is to raise the PPS to bring more attention and buyers.
Believe the PPS will tank and a larger RS will be needed.
Time will tell.
