The Board of Directors trio of Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton, Paul Strickland, and Rod Santulan is "running the show"! Bobo and Strickland both have a history of crushing retail shareholders, while pursuing their own personal gains!

FACT...a majority of Directors, in this case two, can overrule another single Director to do as the please! Just sayin'!
