laranger; you have the correct case number. The case is not sealed but certain filings are. In my direct discussion with the clerks in the court filing section, they only know what is publicly available on PACER and available to all. I've seen their workstations in action. There is a separate group of workers, dealing with incoming filings (logging, scanning into Pacer, distributing to Judges), who are behind closed (sealed!) doors. Even the great charmer, Charlie Chan, could not gain access. When I went to Judge Lynn's chambers on my last visit, even they did not have any knowledge of IDCC's filing, or so they said! JK
