Ok the process is as follows:

1. find the the chart or pictire or whatever
2. right click mouse and go to properties.
3. find the URL http:// address of whatever
4. Shade the URL
5. right click mouse to copy
6. in your post type in "[-chart]paste the url without the http://[-/chart]" without the -
