PTTMCC has PBS pilot plant in Thailand. Vinmar was interested in 1,4-BDO and THF which are both commodities. Vinmar only trade commodity chemicals and bulk plastics. Highly unlikely.
Take or pay deal between Vinmar and BioAmber of 10 kT was terminated some time ago.
