canaccord genuity filed for 279,881,302 shares back in december of 2016.

canaccord has quite a track record for mergers/acqusitions, etc.

so maybe they were paid in shares for services. i'm not sure why they sold some, or how many they may have kept.

but what we do know is IGNE reinstated in FL about 15 months after canaccord's first filing of ownership.
