Press releases are not articles,just more RMHB lies.

*They had an office in Hong Kong and were opening one in Shanghai.
No they didn't, and no they weren't. Those are RMHB lies. Didn't happen, isn't going to happen.

*she lost the cooperation of Michael Welch
I suggest you reread the filings. You seem to forget that Li bought voting control from Jerry, right? So please explain why she needs Welch's "cooperation" for anything?
