Yes, and all it takes is for one of those properties to be significant and you have the start of a great JV (and a potential run to boot). Clearly they do not have a tremendous amount of assets as a pure holding company - their value no doubt derives from some exploratory goldmine - literally and figuratively. Watch and see - I'll bet my reputation on this board on it. That is how confident I am. All IMO of course.
