Good article, thank you. One old erroneous idea that keeps coming up is that home grow is a problem under legalization! It irritates me. The reason in home grows were an issue (mold, fire etc..) was because the people growing had to HIDE! If a person is growing their own weed and can open the windows there is no issue whatsoever. if buyers are going to wank about people growing their weed legally in their homes anyone who cultivates orchids (or any other house plant for that matter) is a huge hazard to the real estate industry. When put that way it outlines how silly these concerns really are
