There is no connection between the Asher settlement and the revocation case.
TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT ISSUES! Two different, unrelated, legal problems that the company has gotten themselves into.
To claim "no chance" is positively false, and no investor should believe that nonsense. The probability of revocation is far more likely to be 100%!
The biggest problem facing DBMM is that they are about to be revoked for failing to file for 2 years! They have already been ordered revoked by the SEC, and are trying a Hail Mary to prevent the unpreventable revocation.
I should point out that the same Hail Mary has been tried before and failed. The SEC clearly states that catching up on the filings at his stage WILL NOT avoid revocation!
