What I find interesting is that the FB post is an image. It is not searchable text.

However, I typed it into a search and found a source:

but AHIX's image text says

Seems a peculiar revision. I wish I had a good lawyer friend to ask what the legal implications of "may be unreasonably withheld" might be, though I guess you can do whatever you want as long as you can get the idjits to sign it.
