My thoughts are simple, the first payout will be between .0025 and .0035.....in the filings.
The Escrow is 3 ml, or .002 @ shr....
Assuming the escrow isn't touched, and using .003 ( middle est ) the value is then .0055...
The " unknown " is what will be left of the 8.6 ml in 2 years.
I think a " larger payout " than .0035 is a gimmee, and I agree a double from that amount is very possible.
As far as the Tax carryover, it was fully explained in the filings also.
The Company expects that a portion of the taxable gain recognized on the Sale will be offset by current year losses from operations and available net operating loss carry forwards, as currently reflected on our consolidated U.S. federal income tax returns. However, the Company believes that a significant portion of its net operating loss carryforwards will never be fully utilized and will expire unused.
