OTC markets is outdated and the CEO of UHLN has a gag order on the TA so they can't release it if you called them. Not good. I found out Friday that the TA listed, Columbia Stock Transfer Company, is no longer the current TA and I have an email to the new TA and hope to hear back from them today in hopes of getting a current share structure.
