true, i will take each case closing as a good sign, the "new" appeal" at least is expedited i dont see anything scheduled long term, if a couple more months is all it takes, so be it, we have waited this long, i just hope that when it, is done, that AA goes right into it, and doesn't delay, i presume they have a distribution formula ready, and will try and close that chapter as quickly as possible
