dark pulse is a fake company. no office, no employees, they tout sensors and tech made by other companies, no devices, no equipment, no sensors, no contracts, no nothing. dennis pr'ed a 106 million dollar contract 12/2017 and then conveniently stopped talking about it, at least a down payment should have been on the books by 3/31/18 but not a penny received.
